Privacy Policy

Engine Builder: Car & Truck ("the app") is made by Suttle Solution ("we"). The app is designed for children and is offered in the Kids Category of the App Store. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does with information. The short version: it collects none.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from anyone who uses the app, including children. The app has no account, no sign-in, no name or email field, no chat, and no way to enter personal information.

Information stored on your device

The app remembers which parts of each engine have been placed, and whether the All Engines purchase has been made. This information is saved only on your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is deleted when the app is deleted.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking, and no third-party software development kits of any kind. It does not use cookies or identifiers. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it never asks for permission to.

Purchases

The app offers one in-app purchase, "All Engines", processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment and may collect information under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your payment details. A parental gate, a math question intended for adults, appears before the purchase screen. Restore Purchases uses your Apple account, again handled by Apple.

Internet access

The app works fully offline. The only network communication is between your device and Apple's App Store for purchases and restores. The app contains no web views and no external links.

Children's privacy

Because the app collects no information at all, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with Apple's Kids Category guidelines by design: the app has no means to collect personal information from a child.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes what it does with information, we will update this page and the effective date above before that version is released.
